Yoga Benefits is a different kind of studio. We teach ancient and traditional methods developed in India, and practiced since ancient times. We believe in the journey of Yoga, it’s positive effects on mental and physical health, and it’s ability to detoxify and heal. Yoga is internal medicine, with the ability to relieve pain and suffering, both physically and emotionally.
Our Gold Coast studio, Yoga Benefits located in Miami, offers all levels of yoga instruction. From first-timers to higher level Pranayama and Mysore classes, we offer a range of general and specialty yoga classes including restorative yoga, meditative chanting and yoga cleansing.

Yoga Benefits offers a wide range of classes from Beginner’s Yoga to establish a base for yoga growth, to more advanced classes such as Pranayama (Breathing), Yoga Kriyas (Cleansing), Ashtanga and Meditative Chanting.
About Yoga Benefits
Teacher Paul Chambers studied at one of the oldest scientific yoga research facilities in India. His studio is an interactive classroom where he shares knowledge that has been passed on to him by sincere, genuine teachers.

Traditional Yoga Techniques for the Gold Coast
Our Beginner’s Yoga Classes offer a solid foundation for new students – they are open to everyone regardless of age, body condition or flexibility! Level 1, Level 2 and Mysore (Assisted Self Practice) classes offer refinement and integrity to students with an established practice. As well as offering these traditional and general Yoga classes, we also specialise in Pranayama, dedicated breathing control classes.
Studio owner and teacher Paul Chambers, is truly a passionate teacher who loves to share his knowledge, just as people have shared their knowledge with him. Yoga Benefits studio provides a friendly and positive learning environment where everyone is made to feel welcome. Yoga mats are supplied, but you should bring your own water bottle and towel.
