Twice daily yoga sessions will form the heart of the retreat, and you will instantly feel at ease in the fun and uplifting classes. Daily classes will be fully instructed as we work together intelligently with the body, to guide you through Ashtanga Vinyasa and Pranayama (Controlled Breathing), with the option of Mysore (self practice) later in the week.
